This operating system is a hidden gem. Not many people in the IT world is aware of it, but those who know about IBM i are mostly passionate about it. The reason why this great operating system is not known to the majority of the industry is, that it just works! You never hear of something that just runs and runs without any problems at all, and this is true in this case as well. Since the system is designed as a multi-user system having up to thousands of users, it is also a bit difficult to get learning access - you can't just install it on your personal computer like other operating systems and software.
But once you have learned about IBM i, you will love it!
